    Southern Vermont College Basketball and head coach Dan Engelstad are now accepting registrations for the 2013 SVC Basketball Camp, being held in the Mountaineer Athletic Center on the campus of SVC. Players can sign up for one-of-two sessions, July 29- August 2 or August 5-9.

    Dr. Karen Gross, President of Southern Vermont College, today announced two important changes within the SVC Athletic Department effective today. Michael McDonough has been promoted to full-time Director of Athletics and Dan Engelstad, until recently assistant basketball coach at the College of Holy Cross, has been named SVC’s head men’s basketball coach.

The Mountaineers were led in scoring by the combination of senior Taeshon Johnson (Charlotte, N.C.) who had 15 points and 10 rebounds and sophomore Tarvaris Jenkins (Chicago, Ill.) who added 13 points.
