Corey is a four-year SVC baseball player and a two-year cross country runner. His favorite athlete is Jason Varitek, his favorite sports team is the Boston Red Sox, and he chose SVC for the community while his favorite thing about SVC is his team and his teammates. Corey plans to pursue a career in criminal justice. 

2012: Scored 21 runs in 29 games played, adding 21 walks and a perfect 3-3 stolen bases.  Among players who saw action in more than 10 games, Briggs bolstered a team-high .955 fielding percentage.
