Softball's Emily Fleming (Gansevoort, N.Y.) has been selected the New England Collegiate Conference Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 17, 2013.

Fleming recorded her first win of the season (1-0) while the Mountaineers defeated Morrisville State College 7-2 in their lone game of the week during the Snowbird Softball Tournament in Myrtle Beach, S.C. She went the distance, pitching seven innings and only allowing one earned run on four hits. Fleming struck out five batters in her outing.
