Tiarra is back for a second season with the Mountaineers from Washington, D.C. where she went to Calvin Coolidge High School. While there, she helped win the 2006 All State Championship and won Best Defensive Player honors in 2007. In 2008 she started every game at either third base or second base. The criminal justice major plays first base for Coach Quinn and is the daughter of Terry Goings and DeAnne Smith.
