The Southern Vermont College Department of Athletics and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee are now accepting donations to help those affected by Superstorm Sandy in October.

The department is asking people to provide clothing which will be given to the American Red Cross for proper distribution to the areas in most need. 

The SVC community and Mountaineer fans are encouraged to bring old coats and the like to the home basketball games during the week of December 3rd:
December 4: Men's Basketball vs. Elms, 6 p.m. / Women's Basketball vs. Wheelock, 8 p.m.
December 6: Women's Basketball vs. Sage, 6 p.m. / Men's Basketball vs. Union, 8 p.m.
December 8: Men's Basketball vs. Newbury, 1 p.m. / Women's Basketball vs. Newbury, 3 p.m.

  Additional items including baby and cleaning supplies will also be accepted.

Please bring all donations to the Mountaineer Athletic Center by Tuesday, December 11th.
